Deputy Sheriff Facing Dog Fighting Charges in Henrico County, VA

I am currently fostering one of the pit bulls rescued from an "alleged" dog fighting ring in Virginia. This is truly sick that a DEPUTY SHERIFF had 20 pit bulls tied to chains in his backyard and NOBODY noticed?????
